Behind the Lens

Reminos Studio is where visuals and sound meet intention.

I create without apology. From vast landscapes to restless cities, from silent night skies to untamed wildlife, my work is driven by a deep fascination with the world as it is and as it feels. Alongside photography and filmmaking, I explore voice through acapella, using sound in its purest form to tell stories that visuals alone cannot.

This is not confined to one medium or one style. It is a continuous pursuit of capturing moments, movement, and meaning — honestly and unapologetically.

I grew up aware that a photograph could be more than a pretty picture — it could hold time still, carry memory, and change the way someone understood a person or a place. As a child I would pause at family albums, tracing the lines on my grandparents’ faces and leaning into the way a single shot seemed to speak louder than any story. That quiet, steady power of images hooked me.

My grandmother is a painter - she taught me to notice light as it fell across a table, the expression that flickered and then was gone, the angle that made an ordinary street feel cinematic. At first I tried my hands on painting but I felt I was better with a camera to capture the intensity of someone’s expression or the might of waves crashing against a boat’s hull.

Filmography

Anyone can make a film, but not everyone can tell stories, evoke emotion, and build atmosphere through the lens. I study this craft informally—by watching cinema and analyzing the elements that move me. I welcome feedback and want to keep learning. My goal is to translate what I envision into images so the audience experiences exactly what I feel.

I’ve been making videos for as long as I can remember, but I’ve rarely worked with actors. Most people are either too shy or too aware of the camera, so many of my films feature only me. If I could make a living from this work, I would love to hire actors — I have plenty of ideas. For now, my main limitation is a single camera, though I’ve learned you can achieve a lot with just one. Filmmaking is my passion: I strive to capture every moment fully and I’m always eager to learn and improve.
